Free file sharing is easy with Driveway. Driveway provides much more storage than other providers. They provide a whole 2Gb of storage for free. That’s a lot of storage. I could store a compressed Dvd with that much free space.

Before signing up, keep in my mind that Driveway only allows you to upload folders with up to a 500mb. That doesn’t stop you from splitting up your files into two folders to have the ability to upload 1 Gb worth of data.

Driveway is a great option if you want to send something for example by email, but your email server doesn’t allow large uploads. Simply use Driveway and send a link to the file in your email.

Easier File Transfers?
With Driveway you don’t have to use the web to upload files. They offer a small desktop “widget” that allows for easy file uploads without connecting to a webpage. With the widget, all you have to do is right click and a file and the option to directly upload it to Driveway will appear. Does it get much easier?
