Strangely enough, I’ve been sponsored by PayPerPost to write about the first gay kiss on Daytime television, which by the way happened on the show As The World Turns. Shouldn’t the first gay kiss on primetime have happened by now? I’m know many people don’t believe in this sort of lifestyle and are firmly against it, yet like it or not it has happened.Many really liked the kiss, I couldn’t give an opinion on it (its not really my expertise). Though I’d rather seem else, gays have come a long way towards acceptance. Is this bad? I’m not one to judge. Everything has its advantages and disadvantages. This may mean a move towards more openly gay daytime television and possibly more gay characters. Marketers are probably realizing that there is a good sizable gay population out there and look to take advantage of it. (Marketers are the ones making all money aren’t they?)
