Though I’ve read not to post a guide about how to rip Music from Deezer, I figured it was necessary, in the hope that people won’t abuse the ability to rip music from Deezer. Deezer, a service I wrote an earlier post about, allows you to upload and share your mp3 music. They have already many albums on their site and the list continues to grow.
Update: Users have report that this rip music to deezer guide doesn’t work for everyone, try this updated guide (here)
What happens when you upload your music and your computer crashed? You need to rip it off Deezer (a completely legal reason to use this method to rip Deezer music).
How to Rip Music from Deezer
1. First of all, you need Firefox.
After getting Firefox
Special things to consider
Note that it is not possible to download more than one song (like all the songs in a playlist) at a time from this site.
When saving music, save it as “Your Filename”.mp3. You need the .mp3 extension so that your computer will recognize that it is as a music file.
Tips if it doesn’t work
If your download is blank. Try navigating away from the Deezer page and going back to your song, it usually works on the second time you visit the webpage.
Don’t Abuse Deezer
Those who abuse this, would be stealing tons and tons of music from a nice website.

well.. this worked for me..
When listening to a song in deezer, a file called fla##.tmp (with ## replaced by a number) is created in the %tmp% directory (under windows use Start -> Run -> %tmp%). This file is the song in flv format and cannot be copied with standard procedures, not even the DOS copy command. So, a tool called “HoboCopy” can be useful.
http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/backupcopy-files-that-are-in-use-or-locked-in-windows/
Open a DOS window with Start -> Run -> cmd and type “cd %tmp%”. Then use the left button to mark the path to this directory and use the enter key to copy it to clipboard.
make sure to prepare a destination directory to copy the .tmp file. In my case it was c:\dest
This is the sintax i used with HoboCopy:
HoboCopy C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp c:\dest fla51.tmp
notice the source directory first, destination directory and the .tmp file at the end.
then rename the fla##.tmp to whatever.flv and use your favorite conversion tool to make it a decent mp3
