1. A Website as a Passive Income
One way I’ve discovered to make a good passive income is to discover a popular topic. Find out what people are looking for with the following tools:
AOL Hot Searches: See current queries, or see those in the last hour, last day and within particular categories.
Ask IQ: See top searches at Ask.
Dogpile SearchSpy: See top, real-time search terms from this popular meta search service.
Google Trends: See Google’s database of searches, to determine what’s popular.

Once you have determined a popular keyword that you feel comfortable writing about, develop a website dedicated to that keyword. Why one keyword? This gives you that best chances to capture those looking for this keyword. At the beginning you will have to put in a lot of work to generate enough webpages to properly capture that keyword.

What I did
I picked a keyword that seemed popular and built about 30 pages about that topic. You won’t notice the results immediately, give it a few days. On the keyword chose, I ended up generating 2,500 unique visitors per in the span of only one week. That generates me a passive income of $30 per day. I still update the page, but I don’t have nearly as much work as when I started. Tommorow… Another way to generate passive income.
