LED Light to be Green and Red on Christmas, Save Energy

Every year my family puts up enough lights up on our house to light up the entire yard. When I’m at my parents house, it gets hard to sleep at night with those bright lights shining in through the windows. Even my cat doesn’t want to look out the window. Have you ever thought about what kind of energy these bulbs require?

Use LED Lights to save on costs
LED mini lights use 1/10th the energy of standard Christmas Lights. Ok, so even though it uses less energy, what about the extra upfront cost to buy the lights, which do cost more than standard Christmas Lights. Well, a major advantage of LED Lights is that they also last up to 50,000 hours in comparison to 2000 for standard incandescent lights. Sometimes the savings is long term, rather than short term. With everyone thinking green, this is a great way to be green and red during Christmas.
