TextPlusPhoto -http://www.textplusphoto.com/ - is a completely free Web service for adding text to any photograph. Here you can add a label or watermark to your photos - FREE! - and do it online without using any graphics editor. Simply select a picture, type your text and select the position for your text.

If you are just looking to upload your image somewhere just to share with your friends Vivid Text also offers that service. However, there are also: Flickr, PhotoBucket, and BubbleShare, if you dont mind signing up for a user account.
