- Allow user comments Onee great way to get valuable feedback is through users comments. Users are usually honest. Make sure to monitor feeds to avoid swearing and unwanted comments.
- Acknowledge mistakes Face up to your mistakes and let customers vent. Here is your chance to say “Yes I was wrong,” and take responsibility for your mistakes.
- Read other blogs See what other people are saying. What do other people think about your company?
- Blog design Keep everything the same. The blog should remind people of the companies main website and image. Use similar logos so that the blog identifies directly with the company.
