So it’s getting close to summer time it also means one of my favorite activities, drive in movie theater is going to be open.  However, what if you don’t have a drive in theater in your area, or you are just too  cheap to  pay for it?  Look no further than mobmov a community of drive in movie theater movie goers who get together and show free screenings.

You don’t have to pay anything to particpate.  In fact these Mobmovs take place all over the world.  You can find a group closest to your area, by signing up here.  Or, you could always start your own, but that would require a few things from you.

Requirements 
As you can see in the picture, it’s gonna take a lot of battery for that one car to play an entire movie from a projector most likely requiring an extra battery.  Plus you’ll need an FM transmitter to transmit the audio to each car over the FM radio.

Legalities
As the Mobmov says on their site, you are better off not charging for admission.  Just leave a tip jar by your car.  If you need to, ask permission from your city or at least from the property you are going to show the movie on.  You might not want the police showing up to question what is going on.
