Yoani Sanchez Cuban Blog, Censored Blogs

Wednesday, March 26th, 2008

Cuban blogger Yoani Sanchez blogs about life in Cuba, yet she’s starting to think that her honest opinion about the life in Cuba is starting to get censored by her government.  Lately she started reporting error connections, blocked internet addresses and has had her page completely blocked.

It may very well be that the Cuban government may be blocking blogger Yoani Sanchez.  However, it could just be the internet connection (how good could internet in Cuba be?)

Be Careful What You Write
Though you might not feel afraid to write whatever you want, there are always limitations.  You can’t for example, write something that will impose harm on someone else.  You also have to keep in mind that each country has different limitations on what you can write.  In Germany for example, you have to be careful when you refer to Nazism.  Even in public making the Nazi salute might land you in jail.

Zivity, Social Networking for Hot Girls

Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

Zivity’s social networking founder Cyan Banister says “Zivity is a cross between Myspace, Playboy and American Idol”.  How it works is, photographers submit their photos and users vote on them.

Overall, Zivity seems to be more like an adult site than a simple hot girl social networking site.  A very high percentage of the photos are adult, making me think this is like youporn for pictures.  Though in a statement on Zivities website,(Over 50% of current models are clothed on Zivity).

Earn money on Zivity
In order to vote you’ll need to pay $1 per vote. The photographer will get 80 cents for every vote received.  This way the photographer can earn for his photos.  I’m not quite sure how effective this will be in getting good revenue, I guess we’ll find out when Zivity ends its beta program.

Want to see what’s on Zivity?
Currently it’s in beta testers only.  But, you can still try to get register for a beta account (I’ve heard it’s hard to get a beta account).

Can anyone start Real Estate blogging?
The article further states that anyone can do it, you don’t need to be professional.  Start coming up with some ideas.  Start small, keep on track, and just start publishing posts online.

Get Paid for Clicking Ads, Bux.to

Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

What if clicking your ads was legal and you could get paid for it?  The biggest no no when using ad programs like Adsense is clicking your own ads.  You’ll get banned before you reach your next $100.

How much per click?
You’ll get an entire 1 cent, wow, ok so not much.   But, I guess 10 cents a day can add up to something after awhile.

How it works
Bux.to has a list of ads that you look through and click.  After viewing the ad for 30 seconds, you’ll get 1 cent deposited into your account.  On a larger scale you are only getting paid  $1.20 an hour.  If you live in an undeveloped country this might be a good wage?

Though I can you you probably won’t earn more than $3.00 a month, but who knows?
