Viral videos are getting easier and easy to place everywhere to increase traffic to your blog. With new video websites, popping up left and right, we can use this to our advantage. We simply create a viral video (a video referring to our website we hope that many people watch and possibly even place on their websites).
The goal of a viral video
Increase traffic! You create a video, refer back to your website in the video. After they view the video they go to the website to find out even more. If your video becomes very popular, well, you’ve just also gotten not only a free advertising tool, but people talking about your website.
Creating a Viral Video
Viral videos don’t have to be long and there is no specific length, content, or rules. Just make sure to include the name of your website in the video. The tone can be serious, funny, action, drama, but I’d go for funny over all three. Funny videos seems to spread on faster than something boring and monetone.
My First Viral Video
I created this video last night as an attempt to gain traffic for my sample website.
