Blogging is changing our ways of expression, in a new evolving form that is replacing “dear diary” with “dear online community”. Blogging has taken over journals to become the ultimate form of expression in the fact that users can now share their thoughts and expressions with the whole world.

President and CEO of Windber Medical Center uses his blog to communicate with his employees. He can easily discuss topics such as layoffs to discredit any myths that might go around the office.

Of course not everyone wants to open about their opinions. As I’ve written earlier, blogging can also lead people to getting fired from their job. Make sure that if you are going to blog publicly for the world, try using an alias rather than your real name.
