Of course some bad mobile phone company managed to get their bad ads on the Google service and led one woman to getting tricked into getting some nasty fees on her cell phone bill.  So since the ad was coming from Google Adsense, she’s decided to go after Google in a lawsuit.

First of all, lady, couldn’t you go after the actual cellphone company that tricked you?  Sure they advertised through Google and Google has tons of money, the company we love to hate, but seriously, that’s like someone telling you to use a company and then that company gives you a faulty product so you sue the guy who told you about it.

Most likely the case will fail, and ensure that Google can continue to be lenient on its quality enforcement to make some extra cash.
