Some easy household ingredients to whiten your teeth for nearly free include:
Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda.
What you’ll need for this home made teeth whiten kit?
· 3 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide
· 2 teaspoons of baking soda
Apply this to your teeth with a toothbrush and notice how they already look whiter. I’ve read that using this teeth whiten strategy, people have noticed very white teeth in only 3 months.
Things to Keep in Mind!
Ask your dentist before applying this mix. Those with sensitive teeth might not be able to use this.

Wow what a lot of money one would save doing this procedure at home then going to see the dentist to have one’s teeth cleaned, but would first ask them about this home made product before just applying it to my teeth. Great post as always, I really do enjoy them!!!
