I used to use such payperpost services before I had my Google Pagerank dropped to zero. In an attempt to get back my PageRank 4, I deleted all of my old sponsor posts and quit from the program. Did it work, yes.
However, if you prefer to make profit from writing posts and don’t care about PageRank, IHype is a new option for those looking to get paid to write about posts
The service is relatively new, so don’t expect a whole lot of offers. But, from the start you can expect to recieve a few $10 posts. It’s good for early blog publishers looking for some additional income for their writing. I can’t really see why anyone would choose iHype over any of the other services except to add to the amount of paid posts they can post.

i didn’t know that google would kill your rank if you post sponsored articles. that sucks
ive been debating whether to start signing up for them. how fast did your rank go down and how long did it take to build it back up?
I have a PR3 but wanted to make some money fmor my blog and dont make much from the ads
