Hi, we run a business 2 business mobile phone comparison business. The upturn in PDA & Blackberry take up has been massive in recent months, whilst touch screens (tocco etc) whilst aimed mainly at the consumer market have seen a massive upturn too in this market. Feedback is that businesses now want a bit of “bling” to their mobiles, having been palmed off with inexpensive handsets (6300 anyone??) in the past. This is eroding dealers and networks margins however so I personally wouldnt be suprised to see the networks starting to charge upfront for hardware, which could cause problems as end users are used to getting these free now for some years!
