Why do I call working under someone slave labor?

like cashiers they have to do all this random %$^%$  and always look busybecause they are paying you 7 dollars an hour so they somehow own you for that hour that’s why I call it slave labor.

During this 7 dollar an hour day, you are demanded to do meaningless things that don’t even benefit the company, let alone anyone.

Your overlord, the 10 dollar an hour boss, thinks he owns you during these hours, and takes every chance to make you suck up and beg, for fear that you will lose your job.  So you spend your days working for this overlord who also drives a car just a crappy as yours.  He goes home feeling good about himself because at least he is control over someone, namely you.

You go on working for table scraps, unable to dig yourself out because the amount of money you earn is barely enough to pay for your living expensives, you live pay check to pay check, doing nothing other than hoping for a solution.
