The internet is still growing and it has been reported that over the last year, the internet experienced a growth rate of 53% according to TeleGeography.They went on to report that “Traffic between the U.S. and Latin America more than doubled.”
To meet the demand, international Internet capacity on ocean-spanning optical fibers increased 62 percent.
What does this mean, internet traffic growth is still growing fast, and there are still plenty of countries and people who have not joined in on the bandwagon yet.
