Facebook has the most photos of any photo sharing site? It appears so with Facebook 10 billion photos Facebook has about more photos than anyone out there. Also keep in mind that Facebook has all personal photos upload by Facebook members.  That means that it’s one of the best photo sharing places, and with Facebook offering high resolution photo uploads, should Flickr start to worry?

Just keep in mind these facts according to Facebook:
* 2-3 Terabytes of photos are being uploaded to Facebook every day
* They have just over one petabyte of photo storage
* They serve over 15 billion photo images per day
* Photo traffic peaks at over 300,000 images served per second

If you counted Facebook’s total amount of photos you’d actually get a number around 40 billion since Facebook stores four sizes for each stored photo. Since Facebook already contains all your friends there seems no faster and better way to share pictures videos and text.  Facebook wins in most areas, but still we don’t see Flickr dying out anytime soon.
