I’ve had this happen.  Google decides that it hates my blog.  It barely shows up in the Google Index.  I’ve lost considerable blog traffic, even my page rank is gone.  This is a rather hated blog.

What to do to Redeem a Hated Blog

1. Figure out why Google hates your blog.  Sign up for google.com/webmastertools.  Then on the right where it says talk to Google, click request consideration.  Try to fix anything wrong with your blog, such as deleting paid links and then telling Google what you did.

2. Keep blogging.  You might only be temporarily banned.  This happens.  Keep blogging and see if anything betters happens.

3. Trying getting more backlinks.  Building backlinks is important and you can do so by commenting on blogs, writing articles, anything to link back to your blog.
