I’ve covered the topic how to increase traffic to your blog plenty of times, but without fail, it is one of the most popular topics on this blog.  Many bloggers have problems bringing additional traffic to their blog which is one reason they don’t make any money.  No traffic no money.  It goes the same with any restaurant and store.  Unless you sell an expensive, high income product, it’s going to be hard making any money.

Why Your Blog Doesn’t Get Any Traffic
1. Your topic is too competitive or there is no demand – So many bloggers about topics that are not highly searched or they write about topics they have no idea about.  How many bloggers write about “Make Money Online” but have no idea how to make money.  Who wants to read about making money from a guy who makes less online than they do?
2. Your SEO Sucks – So many blogs have such poor SEO, like numbers instead of words in their URL or terrible blog post titles.
3. Failure to Use Social Networking Tools – Do you use Digg? Propeller.com? Anything?  Start using social networking tools to get your blog more traffic.
4. Subscribers?  Hello out there, is anyone reading this?  Hopefully yes, since I have a ton of subscribers. Tip – Your subscribers are awesome so get more of them.
