Using Infolinks was a decision to switch from Chitika and Kontera after recieving low ECPM (earnings per thousand). While Infolinks has paid me more on average, it hasn’t come without it’s share of problems. To start with the good stuff, Infolinks does pay more per click, they take I believe about 20% of your pay which is relatively better than most. Unlike Chitika, Infolinks also pays you for international clicks, something that Chitika figures out at the end of the month and doesn’t pay you for. Kontera was always a low performer for me, averaging about 2 cents a click making it almost not even worth it.
To the bad part of Infolinks… I am not sure if the staff is even writing English as a first language due to the many mistakes I’ve recieved in some follow up emails. It takes forever for Infolinks to respond to you and I still haven’t gotten my tax forms something that should have been mailed to me a month ago. The response of Infolinks? We will send it early March. March?! By law that is supposed to be sent by February 15th. In any case, I ended up just calculating myself the total that they paid me to figure out what I owe for taxes.
Should you use infolinks? Give it a shot, it’s worked well for some websites and not so well for others, it all depends on your website’s niche.

Much appreciate your comment. I’m going to sign our website up with them tonight and see what happens.
Granted, the tax papers aren’t an issue for anyone, as we can do our own calculations… but I see what you’re getting at: What if there were a bigger problem? How long would it take for them to resolve it?
Anyway, I suppose it’s easy enough to test. Thanks again.
