I tried using Widgetbucks as an Adsense alternative, but so far in my experience Widget bucks has been paying  a measily 7 cents ecpm, making it not even worth running the ad program at all.  Not only that, but Widgetbucks provides popup ads that don’t pay out.  My overall review? Widgetbucks isn’t worth it unless you somehow manage to get a reasonable ecpm rate with them.

To me Widgetbucks just creates frustrating popup ads, and ads that just barely pay out anything.

Alternatives? Try Adbrite, they’ve been performing at a $2 ecpm for me thus at this point.
