My blogs range for low ecpm to high with the highest recorded being possible yesterday with an ecpm of $38.50 with Google Adsense. Typical I get about a $28 ecpm (earnings per thousand) but the extra $10 really can make a big difference on a total of 21,000 pageviews.

This resulted in the high earnings of $813.34. Even $1 ecpm difference can make a huge difference when deaing with thousands of views. In 100,000 page views $1 can missing out on $100.

Of course the best way to control your ecpm is by the keywords you use. Entertainment focused keywords seem to pay less where as product keywords I’ve notced end up paying out more. Just choose your keywords carefully because they actually can have a big impact on what you earn on your blog.
