Why I Update Each Blog At Least Once Daily

Monday, June 15th, 2009

I try hard to update each blog at least once per day.  There are many obvious reasons for this.  Blogging at least once a day tells Google of course that yes your blog is updated with fresh content each day and therefore probably deserves a better page rank.

That is precisly the reason I am writing this post,  to tell Google, hey, I updated today!  Not only that but to give out a little tidbit of device that will help any blogger.

Only updating three times a month? That is not enough.  I have blogs like that.  You know what happens? They slowly fall in the search engine rankings, and eventually lose lots of traffic.  As soon as I start reposting, they slowly rise.  Why is that? Google loves fresh content… and so do your readers…

Signs You Write Too Many Blogs

Sunday, June 14th, 2009

I write many  different blogs each day, sometimes I feel a number that is too many.  Certain signs have started to show up that is starting to tell me that yes, I write too many different blogs.

Signs I Write Too Many Blog Posts
1. I post the wrong posts on the wrong blogs.  My recipe blog post ends up on my internet phone site, etc.
2. My posts become short because I’m sick of writing
3. I don’t bother to fill in the category or keyword tags
4. I forget which blogs I need to write because there are so many.
5. My blog posts stop making sense because I’m thinking of too different topics at once.
6. I don’t enjoy writing any more because I do too much of it.

Whenever your mind starts getting scrambled and your blogs don’t make any sense anymore, maybe its time for 1) a break 2) to hire a writer.

Living and Traveling Without Fear

Saturday, June 13th, 2009

Many people end up living in the same area they grew up in often times a matter of fear for the unknown.  People fear what they can’t control.   People won’t go traveling because they are afriad of what is out there or that they could get a disease like the Swine Flu. The plane could crash, someone could rob them, or they could get lost, a fear of the fears that keep people from traveling.

It seems the best way to just travel without fear is just not to fear the fear.  You can’t control everything around you, and if you could would you really want to stay locked indoors all the time?  Fear keeps you from doing the things you want to.

Sometimes you have to just live your life and if something goes wrong, it goes wrong. You can’t live your life trying to prevent every disaster that comes along, otherwise you’ll be preventing something called living.

Buy Parrot Products at Parrot Products Comfort Store

Friday, June 12th, 2009

I’ve got a friend selling various Parrot Products at her newly created Parrot Products store, created by her husband.  She gets to run a store that is open 24 hours a day, without actually sitting at the checkout or having to pay for a store space somewhere.  It is as easy to open up a parrot products store as it is designing a webpage.

In fact the ease that the internet provides in reaching a global audience at a cheap, and competitive price is why so many brick and mortar shops just can’t compete.  Anyone can open up a shop tomorrow and start selling products with very little investment.  Why buy a big store when I can reach you in the same way without all the added costs?

Since my friend travels often between her two homes, an internet business was an idea to make some cash, something that most of the readers of this blog also want to do.  It just goes to show that there are plenty of others ways to make money online besides just  blogging and advertisements.

That Parrot Products Comfort Store I was mentioning might ship products to you since they are located in the UK, but you’ll have to pay extra shipping for it.  Visit them at Parrot Products Comfort Store.
