Microsoft made a video detailing how they think the future is going to be. According to Microsoft projects and currently technology Microsoft thinks they have a clear view on how our future will look like.

The biggest change in the future that Microsoft seems to see is to do with internet connection speeds and screens. They envision huge screens that cover walls and global internet connections that can send high definition video across the globe.

What about the way the Microsoft sees the future in our homes? The home concept doesn’t seem so futuristic compared to the first video.

Microsoft made a future of banking video as well. This video demonstrates once again, that the future is in displays and combining new software with displays.

How about Microsoft’s vision of retail shopping? It seems to combine displays with store pricing and smart phones that help guide a shopper throughout the store.

Overall the future videos according to Microsoft don’t seem too far fetched. Most of this technology seems possible already. Overall it just makes everything more efficient and uses networks combined with new displays to change the way we function in our everyday lives.

There are plenty of people who actually partake in professional gambling online for their career. They gamble and use odds to help fund their lifestyle.

Gambling With Sports Professionally
Some will bet on sports with large sums of money and use odds to make more wins than loses. Benefits include winning money very quickly. A bet of 10k could turn into 20k with the right odds. You can play the odds and keep your bets safe with what is more probably going to be the outcome of a match.
Downsides include losing large sums of money for one bet. Even odds can’t guarantee everything. Be prepared to feel emotionally depressed after losing large sums of money.

Professional Poker Gambling
Good players can expect certain odds with the right skills. There is a lot of chance to poker, but the right skills as well could guarantee the odds in your favor. There is a reason that many of the same players always make it to the top. Websites like pokerstars.net make it completely possible to earn money online.

There are even more and more professional bloggers out there. More and more have people found blogging the perfect way to make additional income.

Some examples of people who are professional bloggers include Alex Shalman who started out with about five subscribers to his blog which was usually just family members. Thankfully Alex Shalman kept working and now he has over 4,000 subscribers to his personal development blog.

Gary Vaynerchuk started Wine Library TV and worked so much that even his family business started to suffer, with him putting less work into business and more solely into his video blog. Now thanks to the time he put into his videos, he has over 720 video blog episodes and one of the largest video blogs on the internet.

There are plenty of people who are becoming professional bloggers. Like in the two examples, I wrote about, sometimes it takes work to get it going, but with patience and perseverance it is possible to become a professional blogger under your own accord.

Thanks to the internet anything that can be made digital can be downloaded usually for free. Many of us bypass traditional news sources to get the latest news information in digital form for free. For information like music and video, users need only to head to a legal source (hulu.com, bbc.co.uk) or just go to any torrent website to download the information. Everything from books to music, or films, even games and car manuals can be found free on the internet, legally, that is another story.

Should all of this digital information be free? Have your ever felt any guilt for downloading the music by an artist and not paying for it? Most people don’t.

How Blogs Provide Free Digital Information
Blogs provide free information in another way, advertisement. The more views on a blog, the more funding it recieves. However, it’s not always the most popular blog that wins, just the one with the best SEO strategies. Many blogs at the top of Google aren’t necessarily always the best. As long as there is a source of good advertising and advertising programs for blogs this system will work. It gives blog writers an incentive to write.

How Companies Can Make a Profit From Free Digital Information
After film and television companies realized that the pirating of their films and shows wasn’t going to stop, they started providing them online with ads, so that they could try to profit from it, rather than gaining no profit and their copyrighted material being shared anyway.

This has worked for them, but now the fear is, this has opened the gateway for viewers to switch away from the television entirely, which makes them afraid. Advertisers on the internet pay far less than traditional over the air and print media.

In conclusion, the internet makes it extremely easy to share any information to share free and the best way to intervene without gaining any profit, is to provide it for free, with a catch, advertising.

Many promising things are in store for us all as technology grows by leaps and bounds. Rather than think about how our entire system is out of sync, we should think about how technology is improving so that you will live a better life no matter how the entire economic system turns out.

I got the embed code off of a site that challenges you to a simple game, see how long you can hold down the button on this flash animation without letting go…

There have been plenty of websites out there offering free Government stimulus money. In the end you end up paying over $1000 in membership fees. In fact the US Government does not charge for a list of grants. These stimulus scam websites charge for this information. In fact the FTC has been demanding that ad programs remove any scam websites that deal with the stimulus.

All these sites do is charge you for free information and scam users into pay $50 or more for a membership and countless other fees that will start showing up on your credit card. What does the FTC recommend? Start disputing the charges and if you have to, just cancel your credit card.

How to Get Free Government Stimulus Money?
Apply at Grants.Gov. There are plenty of different opportunities to apply for Government money. If you do fall under any of the categories, by all means apply for free money.

I’ve heard so many stories about people getting “rich” off Ebay. They sell their stuff in an online eBay store and turn it into a solid business. While eBay won’t make you rich, selling stuff on eBay is a great way to make some money quick. You might been tempted to pawn your stuff over at the local pawn shop for some quick cash, but don’t. This is fools way to make money.

Why Selling Your Stuff on eBay Makes Sense
1. eBay gets you a relative true value for your stuff based on the principles of supply and demand. The more demand, the higher bidders are willing to bid up the price of your item. Lower demand = lower bid price.
2. A large marketplace. Why sell your stuff where there is limited demand happening. A garage sell for example can be a terrible way to sell your stuff. You’ve limited your demand to people who expect a low price. Plus it’s not people who necessarily looking for what you were selling, rather its a spur of the moment thing.
3. Transactions self managed. Your store basically runs itself. All the transactions are taken care of. You just list the item and let eBay do the rest. In a garage sale you have to sit idle for 8 hours. That alone makes its unworth having a garage altogether.

Why You Should Sell Your Stuff
If you have anything you haven’t touched in the last 3 years sitting idle in storage, what are the chances you will use it in the next few years? Sure some things do gain value over the years, but other things just waste space. What if you sold all your stuff and invested it into something that earns 5%? Over the course of 20 years those things would be much more valuable…

Michigan is doing something right. A Michigan Company created Fast Track Convenience Stores, automated stores that can run without a single employee. However Fast Track Convenience Stores don’t just have products where you insert coins and products drop out. Rather, every product has a small Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag. You bring your items up to the checkout and pay.

What if you try to steal?
Because of the RFID tags, the system knows when you try to walk out the door with unpaid merchandise. Cameras will immediately take your picture. Imagine like those speed detectors on roads that take your picture when you speed or go through a red light.

What About Inventory Levels?
Thanks to these RFID tags, the system automatically knows how much inventory a store has and when to restock. Walmart and most stores track their inventory through a similar system.

Automated Fast Track Stores Limited to Food?
In fact, with a system like this, you could almost make any store unmanned or at least let employees focus on service rather than cashier duties. These RFID tags can be place in and on anything from grocery, to clothes, to even selling car parts.

In the end this will mean more round the clock vending and though this will cut cashier positions, hopefully we find something more fulfilling to do rather than cutting out more jobs altogether.

Even Ipods have gone automated in sales…

Swoopo had a great idea for an auction, let users pay to bid, leaving the winner to save plenty on a winning auction. However in the process, Swoopo seems like a scam, making users pay for each bid, making Swoopo tons of money, leaving the winner with a small discount.

How Swoopo Auctions Work
A user bids and the price increases. At the same time, when a bid is received, time is added to the bidding clock. The time runs out when no new bids are received. In the end, any losers who bid on the item and didn’t win lose their money, and the winner still has to pay for the item. The result? The losers subsidize the winner and Swoopo make out big.

Swoopo already has sites in Spain and Germany doing quite well. While you could win, making Swoopo not entirely a scam, keep in mind that it is like gambling. If you don’t win, you lose your cash.
