Rip Netflix Watch Now Movies

Saturday, September 1st, 2007

Did you know that Netflix doesn’t just deliver Dvds to your mailbox anymore? Now they have a download feature in addition.

How it Works
With Netflix, you will be able to watch movies instantly on your PC at no additional cost. The number of hours varies by plan. On our most popular plan, the 3 at-a-time unlimited plan for $16.99 a month, you will also be able to watch 17 hours of movies and TV episodes instantly on your PC – all in addition to your regular “by mail” selections!

The Downside
For these who tend like to watch those movies on a Dvd player, the watch it now feature can be a bit less practical (you have to watch all your movies on a computer).

How to Rip watch it Now Movies
This guide by Dizzie found on a forum, explains exactly how its done. Be warned that the guide is extremely complicated… You might as well just have all the movies shipped to you…

Convert any File to any File Without Software

Monday, August 20th, 2007

I recently ran across a tool called Zamzar. What Zamzar does is convert any file you want into another file of your choice.
The best benefit is that the software is used completely online, no downloads necessary. Zamzar simply uploads the software and then emails the converted file. It is very helpful if you have a .docx file and need it converted to a normal doc file.

Recently Zamzar has introduced the ability to convert URLs to files. This includes converting Youtube videos to the video file of your choice. Now I can download a massive you tube video collection and convert all my documents to pdf for free.
