Making Money in 2010 Is Hard Online

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

2010 I predict will be harder than ever to turn a profit online for anyone relying on Google products like Adsense and Adwords. Making money in 2010 means more competition against other blogs using advertisements. It means making money against companies like Google getting even more strict with their ad programs. Adsense users get blocked without reason, and Adwords accounts are thrown in the sandbox for who knows why.

Making money online is getting harder and harder, especially with the mentioned factors.

What is positive about making money in 2010?
There will be even more people using the internet. There are plenty of different programs letting you making money online. Adbrite, Chitika, Azoogle all offer extra ways to make additional income from ads.

How To Make Money As a Street Performer

Saturday, April 4th, 2009

If you ever need money fast, becoming a Street Performer in a major city might be the best way to make money fast. Of course anyone can be a begger and simply put out a sign asking for money, but thats the slow and boring way to make money, plus it offers very little value.

Types of Street Performers
1. Magicians – Learn some magic tricks and start performing in the street. Make sure to request money if the trick was good enough.
2. Musicians – If you play any musical instrument just start playing in the street and leave out your hat or instrument case to collect money. Singers work well too.
3. Skilled Talents – This could be anything out of the ordinary including juggling basketballs, juggling, or just reading people’s minds.
4. Honesty Begging – Usually these are directly honest and funny at the same time. Messages I’ve seen include, need money for vacation, need money for beer, or something like poor college student traveling the world…
5. Statue People – Dressing up as a statue with tons of paint.

Tips for Making Money As a Street Performer
The more attention you can grab, the faster you can make money. Those that are able to draw attention to themselves are able to draw in more money, since they’ve got more pockets to stick their hands into.

Vary your performances and figure out which acts bring in the most money. Measure one performannce style versus another and try to figure out which is the biggest money draw in.

Don’t worry about what other people think. This is a great way to become more confident, enjoy yourself and make some money.

Best Time for Blogging Stats in October?

Thursday, October 2nd, 2008

We’ve had our best start for a month of Blogging with October, which last year in October was the first time we earned 4 figures from blogging in one month.  Now we had a good start with $175 yesterday, hoping that this rest of the month will run just as well.

October isn’t better always because of traffic, rather it’s the extra money that is put into advertising dollars. I’ve noticed higher ecpm (earnings per thousand) in the last few days than most of the last few months.  Of course this all depends what the focus of your website is about.  If you write about lawyer and doctor information you’ll probably get big money.  But writing about say Germany, might yield a lot less money.

So enjoy this month of October and though the winter might be coming in, keeping you inside more, hopefully you can use the time to make more money than ever before!

Can You Get Paid to Click? Paid to Click Programs

Sunday, September 28th, 2008

Can you really click and get paid for it? We’ve heard of internet programs that pay you to click ads, but are these scams, or real?  In the past we have tested a few programs that paid us to click and we did get paid, but how much was our potential per hour with these pay per click programs?

Becoming a ChaCha Guide
I got paid to answer questions that appeared on my screen with ChaCha.  Usually 15 cents per short answer.  In the long run, if I worked diligently I cold earn about $6 per hour.

To sign up to get paid by ChaCha visit ChaCha.com and click sign up to be a guide.

Agloco Paid to Click Program: Not Being Paid to Click?
Agloco is an example of a get paid to click program that couldn’t deliver on it’s promises. They promised to pay you a sum of cash as long as you ran their software. In the long run, they couldn’t make any payments and ended up actually losing money in their actual service. Never sign up for a pay per click program unless you are absolutely sure someone has already earned cash.

Other Pay Per Click Programs That Could Work:
There are other sites such as paidtoclick.com, paid to read emails, etc, that offer you cash to read emails, click ads, etc. Keep in mind you won’t earn more than even a cent per click. Often the amount of spam you receive, the time it takes per click, you can’t earn more than a few dollars an hour. Maybe if you live in China, this is a deal, but overall we’ve noticed that most of these programs are time stealers more than anything.

Stay at home mom and really bored? Great, then sign up. But or the rest of us, Paid to Click programs offer nothing more than non productivity and a few cents for our efforts.
