The new thinnest internet mobile device is here, the USI – MID-160 featuring internet wifi. The MID-160 has a 5-inch 800×480 pixel touch screen with 167,000 colors. We were pretty impressed by the specs of the MID-160 and the 8gb SSD drive is not bad at all.

MID160 Specifications

  • Processor : Intel Atom Processor
  • Display : 5-inch touch screen
  • Memory : 512MB
  • : Ubuntu Linux
  • Hard Disk : 8GB SSD

The MID-160 sets to create a so called PC-like internet experience.  This means blogging can be more portable than ever, something we’ve already started playing around with on our mobile phones.  The MID-160 should make portable blogging even easier. It also has the WiMAX support so as more cities adopt this standard, the MID-160 is going to be really beneficial.
