Many posts earlier, I wrote a short summary in my large list of links to watch free tv on the internet, but I never actually visited the website of Tape It Off the Internet.

All your favorite shows in one place
Tape it off the Internet (tioti.com/) offers all your favorite tv shows directly on the internet… or does it? Using their search feature, it is suppose to be easy to find your favorite shows. You type in the name of the show you want to watch, hit search, and it finds it. An episode guide is displayed which shows every current episode.

Though Tape it off the internet offers a really guide to TV show episodes, it doesn’t deliver when it comes to providing actual links to TV shows. I have been only able to find a few links off this site that actually work. If you want to watch Tv Episodes online, try something like tv-video.net. That site has a lot of working links and won’t lead you to a dead end like Tape It Off the Internet does.

Alternatives
There are a lot of other options than looking at websites that offer loads of Tv links where half the links don’t work. Consider ABC.com where they stream lots of their network shows. The same goes for CBS.com which offers shows like CSI streamed and completely legal.

Why use Streamick to watch MTV, FOX, ABC, and NBC online for free? I updated the long list free cable tv channels found here, with the following direct links to the channels.
With the direct links its possible to bookmark the links for easier access. I have all mine already bookmarked in Winamp.

Public TV

CNN and Deutsche Welle have just been added to free TV Online list.
Of course who has cable and doesn’t get at least CNN? Therefore I found it necessary to add it to the free cable tv online list even though many people may just skip past this channel.

CNN – Channelchooser.com, click News
Deutsche Welle – Channelchooser.com, click News

In addition to the list of free cable tv channels online, I have added Free ESPN and HBO. These are being streamed for free on Sopcast. Soon enough I may have found an entire lineup of free cable tv online channels.

HBO – The only complain I have with this free online TV stream is that the sound quality is a low. Its understandable, buts its a downgrade from normal TV sound.

ESPN – It is a good stream, but I’m not sure this is the normal ESPN in america. The broadcast from an ESPN channel in China. Its all in english and many major sports can be seen on this channel.
