However, if you prefer to make profit from writing posts and don’t care about PageRank, IHype is a new option for those looking to get paid to write about posts

The service is relatively new, so don’t expect a whole lot of offers. But, from the start you can expect to recieve a few $10 posts. It’s good for early blog publishers looking for some additional income for their writing. I can’t really see why anyone would choose iHype over any of the other services except to add to the amount of paid posts they can post.

So if you are looking for more monetization options head over to iHype.com

We’ve seen plenty of ads about the Rich Jerk, the guy with plenty of money who wants to share his secret. The Rich Jerk is here to tell us that making money is easy and you can make millions too, just by following what he does.

“I cut through the BS. If you find me too offensive, obnoxious, or whatever….feel free to leave my website at anytime. I’m not here to make friends. I’m here to show you EXACTLY how I make millions. ”

So then it will go on to say that you can sign up for your own free money making website. Here my friends is the trick. This “website” is only free after you pay the Rich Jerk for hosting. The thing to realize here is that people like this get rich not from following a specific system, but by getting you to buy their product. You buy money making product = they get rich, NOT by following some incredible secret to get money.

The secret to getting rich is an idea that tons of people would want to use. The lowest costs for the most profit. If someone found a way to make millions by doing nothing, do you think they’d share?

He’s even made his own video:

I’ve heard enough people complain about their spending habits, so I’ve written this post for those complainers on how exactly they can get what they pay for, free, and legal at that.

Free Music Instead of Buying

Well illegally you could use torrents, but legally you could use services like hypem.com where it lists blogs in the net that feature free mp3 music. You could sign up for emusic’s 50 free download trial and get 50 free music downloads for a month. Or, if you really want to build a massive collection for free, you could download StreamRipper which rips internet radio and cuts the ripped station into individual songs. It’s a great way to get a ton music in a short time.

Internet Instead of the Newspaper and Magazines.

The only thing the newspaper has that you probably can’t find online is local news, but even that can easily be found out. Even if you get the Sunday paper just for the weekly ads, did you know you can find all the store ads online? Just visit the store’s website and you’ll find all the ads usually in html, pdf, or both formats.

Learn for Free

Did you know that universities are putting their courses online for free? No you won’t get college credit, but it’s a great way to start studying without paying anything. http://www.ocwconsortium.org/

Free Books and Magazines

My local library has about every latest book and magazine, newspapers too. Sometimes I have to be on a waiting list, but it’s worth it to never have to buy a book again.

Ted Talk Speeches Instead of Seminars

Over at Ted you can get some completely free speeches that should fill up you need to go to pricey seminars. Ted.com has an amazing list of free speaker you can watch online totally free!

Going cheap doesn’t mean cutting out the things you love from your life, it just means finding cheaper alternatives. I

I’d have to agree that the easiest way for getting rich is online. Why? Minimal startup costs and the potential to reach people all around the world straight from home. Even if you could capture .2% of all internet traffic, you would be rich. Even .003% would make you some good money. There is so many new users coming onto the internet everyday, that is no wonder so many people make it big, right from their computers.

Back in 2006, David Miles Jr. and Kato Leonard, two 20-year-olds in Louisville were collecting $100,000 a month on their online website template site. Freeweblayouts.net, still does serious traffic even today.

Another Website, SeatGuru.com makes $10,000 to $20,000 a month by telling people where to sit on plans. The sites creator says that about half of his revenue comes from Google Adsense.

Internet dreams do come true and you don’t have to be the best site out there to make a fortune. Most people find it helps to document your passion, rather than trying to work on something you don’t care about. Whenever I need to feel inspired I think about these websites and try to work even harder to achieve their very same success.

Adam Hildreth started his own Internet marketing and security business when he was only 14 years old. He led the firm called Dubit Limited for four years, becoming one of the richest teens in the UK back in 2004 when he had a net worth of $3.7 million dollars.

Catherine Cook at age 15 and her 17 year old brother Dave convinced their older brother Geoff to invest $250,000 and his time to help them launch MyYearbook.com. MyYearbook even managed to raise $4.1 million from U.S. Venture Partners and First Round Capital. Now the site is worth well over 1 million.

Some other kids who made a million dollars before the age of 20 include Ashley Qualls who created whateverlife.com was offered 1.5 million for her site and a car, but she declined the offer.

It’s time for the finale of Germany VS Spain for the Euro Cup. Though this has nothing to do with SEO. It’s got a lot of fans wondering just who will win the Euro Cup for 2008. Whats your choice? Spain, with it’s missing leading goal scorer, but determination to get their first cup since the 60s, or Germany with it’s injured Michael Ballack?

My opinion?

Though I have a lot of history with Germany and I probably should root for Germany, I’ve had plenty of negative experiences in Germany, enough so that I’m hoping for the princes of Spain to win the championship.

I had the opportunity to visit Spain in 2006 where I visited Barcelona, a great city, and then took a ship to Mallorja a small island off the coast.

Of course if you didn’t know I have a lot of history with Germany as well. I’ve studied the German language for countless years, lived there for over a year, and dated a German girl.

Still I have to choose Spain after everything. They have had an outstanding time in the tournament just cruising through all the teams. Germany has had to struggle losing to Croatia, and almost losing to Turkey in the quarter finals.

The summer is here, and though it’s not hot everywhere around the world, this is usually the season that the internet experiences a decline. Of course this depends on your topic, but in general summer is when people get off the laptop and head outdoors for the warmer weather.

What to do when your blogging is yielding less traffic?

Don’t worry. When September comes along, things pick back up. College kids go back to school. Generally I’ve just noticed that in the fall, I recieve a lot more traffic than during the summer months. Just continue to blog, build up a good selection of posts. Once things start picking back up, you can refer back to those posts in the fall.

Improve Your Blog

You can use this time to improve your blog. Could you make your layout better? Design a new logo? Start designing a new ad campaign?

Take Time to Reflect

If you’ve been blogging for a longer period of time, this is a good time to reflect the direction your blog has been headed in. What are your goals for the upcoming months? What could you improve on?

Relax!

Enjoy the sunshine, drink a cocktail, and get a tan. Don’t turn into a white ghost from blogging all throughout the summer!

One of the best tools to advertise a new website is Craigslist. Already, spammers have dominated the personals section of Craiglist. You’ll realize that almost any personal that you respond to on Craigslist will almost always end up with a disappointing spam response. How do all these spammers advertise with Craiglist without getting banned from the system? Using the right tricks, you too can take advantage of the free advertise space that Craigslist offer.

Properly posting your advertisement with Craigslist

For each advertisement I write, I write them a bit differently. Try writing 3 or 4 version of the ad to post. This helps prevent you from getting flagged by Craigslist and getting all your articles banned.

How Often to Post on Craiglist

Craiglist looks at your IP and less at your email account. For good practice I keep about 5 seperate emails and change my email each time I create a new post. I’d say go no higher than 5 postings at a time with 5 emails on one IP (assigned by your internet provider). If you want to post more, find another internet connection or get a proxy.

Where to Post on Craiglist when you Advertise?

This depends on the website. For my new BustaBlog website, I post it in the writing section of craigslist. For SampleaDay free samples, I post on the free stuff section of Craiglist. The biggest factor is making your ads not look like spam, because if there is the slightest hint that your ad is spam, Craiglist will quickly ban it.

What to Keep in Mind?

Post too fast and all your hard work might go to waste. Take it slow, look less spammy and your advertisement campaign will pay off.

The more things we keep producing the more we keep escaluting the amount we hurt our environment and consume resources which we really don’t need to. Though you might be one of those people that believing that if someone owned an item before you, then it’s useless. You’ll go on buying new things, when there are so many used things available at better prices which work often as good as new. You might believe that since something is used it has somehow been tainted by the previous owner.

The Material Fantasy World

Whenever we take a walk in the local shopping center we are told, buy, buy, buy, it’s on sale! We need to have the latest, the greatest, it will simply make our lives better. But, how many times did buying the lastest and greatest really improve your life? I remember how great the Wii was when we first got it… But what happens after a week or two? It gets old. It might even become another collection to the already growing basement of stuff that collects.

Give your treasures away

Rather than hording the goods, why not give them out, for free maybe? Sure we’ve bought stuff, it seemed fun, then we got tired of it. Instead of offering your goods to the garbage gods, why not make an offering to the free board on craigslist?

Another negative to buying lots of new stuff and giving into the it’s new so its better mentality is our garbage waste pileups. The more we can reuse what we already have, the less junk that keeps filling up those landfills…

conclusion… Buying Used is Far Better for Everyone

A perfect fitting saying “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure”.

How I stay focused:

1. Rather than check out all the interesting articles and YouTube videos I want to watch right now, I’ll bookmark the links for later.

2. I write a list of everything I need to do for the day. The list helps me keep on focus to what I needed to do today, rather than focusing on what I didn’t need to do.

3. I turn off any distractions such as tv, an open door, but I leave the music on. Often I found music less of a distraction since its not something I have to focus on, but a radio station like NPR (talk radio) will often be more distracting since you actually have to focus in on what your staying. Often you’ll find yourself focusing in one what they say on the radio and not your own projects.

4. Avoiding email. Email is a great way to waste time. As I’ve written time and time again, designate email checking to twice a day. Before your work and perhaps after, but never in between.
