Internet Calls.com is offering free outgoing calls plain and simply. I’ve used them for the last couple of months and have had few problems with their Voip calling service.
Internet Calls, a good option for international outgoing calls?
They have a large list of free calling areas. I’ve used them to call Germany and the UK for free. Almost every country is covered, except countries that are usually expensive to call (India and Iraq for example…)
Software?
If you download their software you will be able to make free outgoing calls for up to five minutes long. Buy credit and call unlimited, simple as that…

Frankly I find your service annoying.I have credit, but when I
login you show no contacts and no credit. If you cannot resolve this today I want to cancel service and
refund our credit. You make it difficult to communicate with you.
Skype offers far better service.
