JustVoip is the service I use for making calls from a pc to a phone. Why? Well they have the lowest free international call rate to German cell phones. I pay ten cents per minute which is quite hard to come by.
Benefits?
Cheap calls. Their rates are even better than Skype. How they afford giving calls this cheap I’m not entirely sure. But, the best feature is their 180 days of free calls to most international numbers when you buy credit. Of course if you don’t buy credit you can always make free 5 minute “trial calls”.
