Bored.com, a service for those we really don’t know what to do. They list all sorts of things to do, even the service Dial People a free text to phone messaging system.

Free Messaging
With Dial People, you can enter any text message you want and have it sent to the US Phone number of your choice. The best feature is their call spoofing option that allows you to custom the name and number that appears on the caller id. However, I have yet to see that feature work.

Simply enter your text message and it will convert it into speech and be sent to the victim of your choice. Have fun sending text to phone messages!
