Symmy offers Mobile VOIP through GPRS/3G/WiFi on your mobile phone which can be used anywhere in the world without any restrictions.

The only downside of symmy is it’s limited to a few handsets, currently about 30 handsets are supported, mostly Nokia handsets are supported. I hope they would extend this list to more handsets in future.
