The new google phone is now available at T Mobile. Many have long awaited this phone, but we’ve heard the good and the bad about the new Google phone released with T Mobile.  So far the Wifi is far from perfect, and the design lacks what the iPhone offers.

The Google Phone does however have a nice pull out keyboard which we wish the iPhone had.  The screen is a good size for films.

As timesonline put it “The T-Mobile G1 is great. The iPhone is better.”  Many claim that the new Google Phone released with T Mobile simply does not have that “wow” factor that we would have expected.  It’s functional and does what it needs to, but if you are looking for be overally impressed, you won’t find it with the Google Phone.

The biggest difference however is the open source feature of the Google Phone making it easier to program new applications.  This may be the factor that distinguishes the two phones, but time will tell as to what gets released on the Google Phone.
