Using a 301 To Redirect Your Blog and Regain Adsense

I’ve heard of one new technique for regaining your adsense account and that’s a 301 website redirection. A 301 redirection basically is a redirection for all the pages in your blog to tell Google to update your blog to a new domain. If you wanted to move your blog from mydomain.com to domain.com you could use a 301 redirect to tell search engine to find your blog at the new website.

301 Redirect Using Blogspot
Using a 301 redirect won’t work however for a blog such as blogspot. Unfortunately the software does not support a redirect. This is something to keep in mind before starting a .blogspot blog.

Guide To Creating A New Successful Blog

It is easy to forget what it takes to make a successful blog after you’ve already created one. We forget those necessary steps that got us to where our successful blog. I’ve often had trouble creating a new blog and getting it to retain a substantial amount of traffic. I’ve needed to look back on a few fundamentals to get my blogs as successful as they are today.

My Steps For Creating a New Blog
1. SEO – Make sure your permalinks are SEO’d. myblog.com/new-post is better than /id=1.
2. Time – Creating a new blog takes time. You aren’t going to capture the top of the charts in the first day. Just keep blogging, social posting, and writing everyday. Slowly you will see better and better results. These things just take time.
3. Try To Be First – If you know news information that is new, try to be the first to blog about it. I noticed that if you can be first for a topic usually you can get higher search results.

The biggest thing factor is just time. No search engine is going to trust you right away, so just keep working and building up that trust. Even if you don’t make any money in the first month, just keeping working hard.

Best Way To Get Easy Links to Your Website or Blog

There are a few ways to get some easy links back to your blog or website without much effort. In fact getting these links isn’t cheating the system or paying for links. In fact the best way to get links to a website or blog is easy.

There are in fact three ways I’ve discovered to get some links from high page ranking websites.

1. Try social bookmarking. This is a great way to get links back to your site with little effort. Sure you might not get the traffic you wanted from places like propeller but it does count as a link from a page rank 7 website. Try digg, propeller, etc and start social bookmarking your articles.
2. Try writing articles for article websites. Try using ArticleSubmitAuto which will automatically submit your articles to the top 20 directorys.
3. Forum linking. Try posting your links in forums. I personally like to use yahoo answers since I can specifically answer questions.

That’s is all there is to it. Use these three easy strategies to get more links to your blog and website!

How To Get Your Blog In a Newspaper

I’ve tried to get my own blogs in a newspaper or other publication, and while I’ve come close, it is not easy to get featured in a Newspaper.  Sometimes the journalist for the newspaper expresses interest, but never comes through.  There are however some key things that will help your chances.

1. Being distinct – You don’t stick out by being the same.  Reddit, Digg, Propeller are all essentially the same thing.
2. Credibility – Are you to be trusted? No one wants to right about a questionable service that doesn´t seem like it can be trusted.  Build up trust and credibility to have more of a shot to be featured.
3. Contact news agencies – You could just try contacting different magazines and newspapers directly.  Maybe you’ll get lucky and they will be writing about blogs, who knows.  Tell them what you offer and why they should write about you.
4. Create an exciting news story – Problogger recommended creating an exciting story involving your blog that any newspaper would love to write about.  People love excitement and newspapers love to write about it.

Overall these are some of my best ideas for getting featured in a Newspaper. So far I have yet to be a featuring but maybe this ideas will help you in your future quest!
