Gaia its not only an online community, but a place to watch free movies online in a virtual movie theater. Virtual movie theater? Gaia has a movie theater that shows movies all throughout the day. You simply create an avatar (your own charachter) and pick the movie time you want to watch. You will then enter a virtual theater where you can move your avatar around or even make comments about the movie.

Sounds too good to be true? In some ways it is. The only two good offerings currently being shown by Gaia Online is the Matrix and Gattaca. If you are a fan of offbeat movies like Tarzan, you’ll enjoy the free selection of films. There are plans to offer paid views, but for now, all films are free.
