HD Format Ended, No more HD DVD

By admin | Feb 23, 2008

The HD Format war is ended.  It seems there will be no more HD DVDs being produced.  This comes after Toshiba announced that would stop producing the HD DVDs.  This means that Sony wins!  The Blu-ray format will be the prevailing HD DVd format from now on.

Who bought a HD DVD Player?hd dvd
This means a big deal to those who bought expensive HD DVD Players.  For one, HD DVD players won’t be worth hardly anything since who wants to buy one now? The biggest losers who staked investments in the HD Format include Microsof with their Xbox that included HD disks.  This makes Sony the big winner of the day.
