An internet tv station targeted just for bars? This is the intent of I-am tv a new viral video service that aims to create a youtube like service with videos specifically target toward those who frequently visit bars. As this is a rather new service, I-am tv has only started creating a presence in large American cities.

How cool would it be to get your video shown in the best bars in the US? A service like I-am tv will take your videos and if they like it, show it throughout their networks of bars throughout the United States. It seems like overall a good idea to target your service like this, just imagine internet tv stations designed just for certain locations. Like a channel for bars, a channel for supermarkets, and why not a channel for the bathroom?

Though I’m not fully impressed with the current offerings of I-am tv online, (there aren’t a whole lot of videos to choose from) this will hopefully change when they start getting video submissions from users.
