ABC Shows are now available online for Canadians via CTV.ca.  Now Canadians can watch Lost and Grey’s Anatomy online as well as Desperate Housewives right on CTV.ca.

Fans of the ABC shows in Canada can watch online:

Full-episode streaming for all new episodes of each series for the remainder of the season; with a 28-day viewing window per episode

This viewing window does mean that shows will expire and you’ll have to search out other methods of finding these ABC shows online… torrents? I’d recommend Bittorrent TED since it automatically finds and downloads programs for you.
