TVWorldWide will broadcast the fourth of July fireworks celebration online this year at 8:45 pm. This will allow everyone abroad to watch the national Fireworks as well. (Even if they have to wakeup at 6 am due to time differences).
According to TVWorldWide: “The free satellite and web broadcast begins at 8:45 PM (ET) on Friday, July 4, with a pre-event show, and is being produced in cooperation with the National Park Service, TellAmericaTV.com, Base Technologies, Inc., Operation Interdependence- a civilian-to-military delivery system, the International Webcasting Association and TV Worldwide. As part of the Tell America campaign to get the word out to Americans on the critical importance of the unheralded U.S. Flag Merchant Fleet, a special salute to U.S. Merchant Marine veterans is planned during this national webcast.”
For a taste of the fireworks just visit http://www.tvworldwide.com/events/july_4/080704/ at 8 to catch the fireworks live.
