For those of the Muslim world, they’ve got a new youtube alternative with Muslim Channels dot TV.  You’ll get Muslim related content.

Muslim Channels is starting out non profit as you’ll there are no ads on their website.  According to their press release, ““We are optimistic many of our scholars and Imams from the 1,000-plus Islamic centres across the country, and our user base, will add tens of thousands of pieces of useful content.”

Muslim Channels has made various partnering deals to bring live muslim related television from Huda TV, from Saudi Arabia, and the Islam Channel.

Muslim Channels has decided to take a stand against hate related material and has said that they won’t display any content that is hate related.
