The same questions about who burns dvds could be asked about buying dvds, or even renting them?

With the amount of resources out there, whats the point of even buying a dvd when you can download it much cheaper and store it on a hard drive?  Sure there is the fear of losing it, but even buying a second backup hard disk is becoming relatively cheap.

Cinemanow.com is one of the few video places that allows you to both rent and download your dvds. Rentals are just 3.99 with downloads costing upwards to 19.99. (Ok so not so cheap…)

http://www.divxcrawler.com/ lets you download full dvd rips right off the website.  Sure this method is illegal, but it is one of the easiest ways to get full dvd copies of movies.

http://www.flixdump.com lets its members share download links to full dvd quality movies found on the internet.  Membership is free and takes 2 secs to signup

graboid.com is still one of my favorite ways to get dvd quality downloads online.  Membership is free for up to 4 gbs per month, but you can create unlimited graboid accounts.
