So the Olympic games are here, with the opening ceremony coming in with a bang. Sweet. Then some fellows on Justin.TV started providing their own live coverage of the games. But, unfortunately now, they have all been shutdown out of copyright reasons. NBC who does let us watch the olympics for free online, doesn’t want anyone else taking away from all the money they put into their website.
When we tried to watch the Olympics this morning on NBC all we saw was the Today show. What the… yeah you have to wait until 7.30 pm eastern time to watch the event.
As we watch the Olympics Online for 2008, all eyes will be on China.
“Beijing,” declared International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge, speaking from a stage in the center of the stadium, surrounded by all the athletes, “you are a host to the present and a gateway to the future.”
Be not afraid there is a solution for watching the Olympics Online which we have covered earlier… Just head over to http://www.nbcolympics.com.
