E-TEN glofiish V900 is trying to be one of the first phones that has it’s own built in digital TV tuner.  This means you can watch over the air digital tv right on your smart phone without any internet connection.  The E-TEN V900 will support such digital tv signals as: DVB-H, DVB-T, T-DMB, and DAB, allowing you to watch digital tv on your smart phone just about anywhere in the world.

What does that mean? The phone isn’t big on US digital signals.  So if you plan to buy the new E-TEN glofiish V900 with hopes of using it in the United States, think again.  It’s really pity that different countries support different digital formats.  You’d imagine that the US and Europe might agree to a standard for digital tv, but just like eletricity 240v (europe) vs. 120v (usa) somethings just change as you cross boarders.
