PPTV offers peer to peer streaming television based in China.  PPTV has had little English support in it’s streaming television application which goes the same for it’s website.  Fortunately with an English (engrish?) Channel list you can actually figure what’s going on with PPTV and watch a few shows such as: (as taken from the PPTV English translation)

Sometimes channels are entirely in English with subtitles, English only, or Chinese. Often times, you’ll find plenty of movies streaming all day. Users choose PPStream, mainly because a program running like this in Western Countries United States, Canada, UK… etc. would be illegal.
