A new personal Internet TV venture is being created called My Personal TV digital which is being developed by an off branch of Philips. The initial offering should be available for Vista owners in the Media Center starting November. Already Mercedes Benz has signed on to be an advertiser.
Aprico one of the co creators has already explained a bit more in detailed about My Personal TV Digital on their website: “The number of programs available via broadcast and on-demand will soon reach several hundreds of thousands. Hard disks enable people to playback programs that have been broadcasted in the past. Additionally millions of videos are available on the Internet. To transform this content explosion into a relaxing, compelling and personal TV experience, we invented PERSONAL TV.”
Aprico will be at the IBC September 12 – 16 in Amsterdam to show off the new My Personal TV Digital.
