Hotspot Shield is a solution to watch ABC, Hulu, Fox, internet TV outside the USA.  Hotspot Shield has allowed me to watch ABC, Hulu, and even Fox without much of a hitch, just a few slow downs in video quality, but overall this program works nicely.

Downsides with Hotspot Shield

If you download the free version, you will get banner ads in the top of your browser which are ad supported, however, this is a small price to pay to watch video outside the USA.  You can easily close them, and the Hotspot Shield ads won’t interupt your ability to Watch ABC, Hulu, FOX Outside the USA.
