Yes ferns can survive the harsh lighting of a tvs black and white fuzzy display (you know the kind when the tv isn’t tuned in right? So with this experiment, the ferns were able to grow successfully with this harsh tv lighting and directly into the tv set. So for all you couch potatoes who fall asleep with the tv on, be rest assured that your fern plants are getting grown with enough TV lighting.
