Flip Video is releasing an HD Pocket came that will come around Christmas time letting everyone record HD quality film in a device that fits right in your pocket, hence the name HD Pocket.  The HD Pocket from Flip should be recording in 720p quality which doesn’t suprise at all as the HD Pocket seems to be designed to go directly again the Kodak Zi6 digital camcorder which has already been selling well. Flip has already been successful with the mino and ultra models which however do not record HD quality films.

The coolest part of the Flip Video series is the way you can customize it the way you want.  Sure most cameras already have a video record feature, but not all are as portable as the flip video Pocket HD camera that will be coming to us for Chistmas. Expect about 2gb in storage space as is standard models by Flip.
